Refund & Return Policy

Since our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, returns may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is defective or unfit for consumption

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Please share clear photos and videos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The invoice (if available)

Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Once we verify the issue:

  • A replacement product will be shipped (subject to availability), OR
  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delivery attempts failed due to customer unavailability
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Taste preference issues

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
